AHI: AHEPA’s Journey to Greece Program Available for College Students Looking for Accredited Study Abroad Program

WASHINGTON, DC — The American Hellenic Institute (AHI) in its effort to create awareness of all programs that benefit the Greek American community would like to share information about the AHEPA “Journey to Greece” Program that provides a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity for college students to earn college credit while learning about ancient and modern Greece.

AHEPA teams with the University of Indianapolis-Athens, a top-tier NCA accredited American university, to offer this program.  Since the Journey’s revival in 2006, 270 students from 26 states and Canada, representing 53 universities, have participated.  The deadline to apply is April 30, 2010.

The American Hellenic Institute is a non-profit Greek American think-tank and public policy center that works to strengthen relations between the United States and Greece and Cyprus, and within the Greek American community.
