AHI Welcomes Greece’s Top Military Official to Hellenic House

WASHINGTON, DC —The American Hellenic Institute (AHI) hosted Lt. Gen. Christos Manolas, Chief of the Hellenic Army General Staff, at Hellenic House, November 4, 2014.

“We were honored to welcome Lieutenant General Manolas and his delegation to Hellenic House,” AHI President Nick Larigakis said. “We thank them for taking time from their busy itinerary in Washington to discuss the vital security relationship between the United States and Greece, two longtime NATO allies, with us.”

Defense and Military Attaché Col. Evangelos Papadopoulos accompanied the delegation to the Hellenic House.  AHI Legislative Director Georgea Polizos also attended the meeting on behalf of AHI.

In addition, AHI hosted a dinner in honor of the group’s visit.
